Valeon is bootstrapped and engineered to ship in phases: software first, then dev-kits, then heavy platforms and space-backed links.

PHASE 0 (IN PROGRESS)

Foundations

Q1 2026

Phase 1: Software-First Release

  • • Blackglass operator console MVP
  • • Chimera adapters for PX4 / ArduPilot / ROS2
  • • Atlas Core (self-hosted mission archive)
  • • Initial integrations with existing UAV/UGV fleets
2026–2027

Phase 2: Dev-Kits

  • • Shard / Keystone / Monolith dev-kits
  • • Skyhook and Ghostwing radio dev-kits
  • • Atlas Edge deployments in hangars
  • • Deeper Ghostlink routing and security
2027+

Phase 3: Heavy Platforms

  • • Longbow and Undercurrent field deployments
  • • Monolith in heavier vehicles
  • • Future Ravensat path (space-backed comms)
